The Cave-Gen Mod is an intense mod that allows you to create vast caverns and dark, haunting environments. This mod creates quite a challenge, when you are trying to survive underground you are attacked from all directions fairly relentlessly. Ore is fairly rare and spread out in this forgotten cavern, wood is scarce besides a precious few areas, enemies are very common… just beckoning you to your death. strongholds, villages, pyramids, temples, and mine shafts do not appear in this world type, making it a very challenging world to survive underground in. Dungeons spawn and they have custom treasure as well, making you push forward into the inky black depths.

How to Install Cave-Gen Mod for Minecraft 1.3.2
- Download MCPatcherHD and run
- Click “Unpatch” to have a fresh copy of the Minecraft.jar
- Download Modloader and add it (+) with MCPatcherHD
- Click Patch and make sure Minecraft runs
- Nagivate to your “.minecraft” folder and locate “Mods” folder
- Download and place entire zip of into Mods
- Run Minecraft and Select Caves from World Type and start new world
