Vanilla minecraft is all very well, but try playing the same thing with a world made entirely of melons! Melon Survival has to be one of the most creative and ingenious maps out there.
Melon Survival is made using the More World Types mod. It’s a Melon world generated using that mod, but with a few extra things to get you started and a massive list of challenges to test your skills. It even comes with it’s own texture pack! The map starts you off in a flat, circular area with a single tree in the middle to start you off with some wood. From there, you can climb out into the tasty world of melons that awaits you. There is a list of challenges on the forum topic, with things such as “Find three hidden chests”, “Make a cobble stone generator”, “find 2 underground lava lakes” and loads more crazy stuff.
Melon is a fun, funny and ingenious map that any hardcore minecraft survival player should give a try! Overall, a great, creative map fun for anyone.
