I’m sure that most Minecraft players have faced the problem of not being able to find a good view to build your lovely home… Or sometimes you just can’t be bothered travelling far distances to find a certain biome to build on. Biome Terrain Mod 2.0 is a Biome Configuration Mod, created by DarkDragon. Now you can play God and edit your world to your own likes. Whether that means turning your world into a dense and creepy forest or have Zeus spike thunders all over the place. You can even add Strongholds, Villages and change the height and width of caverns. This makes it much easier for those who love living in caves *ahemmtrollsahemm*. Maybe you’re a map developer and want to set certain themes to your adventurous challenge. Want to test it out? DarkDragon have prepared you with 6 pre-made worlds.. and the rest is in your hands. And that includes changing the colors of fog/clouds. All of this by editing a few lines in the config file

Oh the fun time I will spend experimenting with this mod is just… let’s just say it’ll keep me entertained for a long while. I’m that type of person who just love messing around looking at the Sun set, flying to the Moon (have never reached it) and yeah… that’s the sort of thing. How to install Biome Terrain Mod 2.0 for Minecraft 1.2.3:
- Download BioMod 2.0 for Minecraft 1.2.3 (link below)
- Copy “worlds” folder into /appdata/.minecraft/
- Copy the contents in the “singleplayer” folder
- Paste into minecraft.jar (appdata/.minecraft/bin/minecraft.jar)
- PLAY GOD!
