This is the Particle Man Mod, which allows you to control particles like magicians. Fire is one particle you can control. With this mod, you can shoot and regrab fire. Basically, fire will be under your control! Just like normal fire, it will burn and damage trees and entities. In fact, it is not only fire you can control. Redstone is another you can control. You can shoot a stream of them and make a shield that will protect you. This can also be used to push entities. Try holding shift and right click, you will be able to charge a shockwave!
