Before I start, I have to say the reason this texture pack have caught my attention is because of its name. C’mon how often do you see a texture pack named after stuff like this. The Blueberry Swiss Roll Texture Pack for Minecraft 1.2.4 was created by Liuhuparta. He’s one of those players who went on a journey to find a texture pack that responds to his personal likes and couldn’t find any…….and so he created one of his own. This Blueberry Swiss Roll falls into the colorful cartoonish category. Everything was hand drawn by the guy himself from ground up. However some particles are from Mojang’s default.
This texture pack can also categorized as a clean one as you might have noticed. It carries a uniform look that many texture packs lack of. For a 16x texture, I say it’s very well done. However, many things like wheat are too brightly colored. The splashy green grass also reminds me of Terraria (why, I don’t know). Overall, this Blueberry Swiss Roll pack is somewhat vibrant and colorful, although too bland. If you have not seen the Youtube video above, I suggest you do it before you download. You might like it or you may not. Have a look a see for yourself
