Open Minecraft, and go to Options->Resource Packs->Open Resource Packs Folder.
Drag the zip file you downloaded into that folder.
Select the pack, and you’re done!

I have spent a couple hours looking for a resorce pack that I actually liked, and it ended up being yours, thank you so much. Seriously I wouldn’t be able to live with having wasted so much time if I didn’t find this.
